El Harvard de Las Barras
Always looking to improve its export tax collection, the Argentine government is keenly interested in finding more products to export and more markets to export to. So we can only assume that it was with great pride that Kirchner et al read the news that Boca Junior's hooligan group--La Doce (The Twelfth Man)--was exporting techniques to Colombian and Mexican fan societies. According to this article, "The subject matter included terrace chants; the use of weapons and methods for extorting money from club directors and players." In the words of the head of La Doce, Rafa de Zeo, "As far as the world's hooligans are concerned, La Doce is Harvard. They come here to learn." Here are two YouTube videos (1, 2) on Rafa and the techniques he presumably will be selling abroad.
Thank god for open markets.
