Snow! (... in the U.S. of A.)

Monday, December 22, 2008

We left our summer clothes and flip-flops behind to visit an alternate reality up north. It was like walking into the Peanuts Christmas Special. Henry kept saying "Snoopy!" pointing to the snow, which I'm sure is a reference to the only x-mas video he's ever seen. But Ian thought he was saying, "Soapy!", as he does when he's poured half the bottle of bubble bath into the tub. In any case, it's snowy up here. M & P's new blue house is pretty perfect (in background). So is the babbling brook out back. Merry merry to all --

Happy winter holidays to you and yours. There will be no lack of the "soapy" stuff this trip.

I've been reading your blog over the past few months and have enjoyed all of the interesting insights about living in Buenos Aires.

Today, I've started my own blog about traveling in Latin America. It's called Travelojos. Here is the link: http://travelojos.com/

Of course, I've included your blog on my blog roll. I was wondering if you would reciprocate.

Cheers,

Steve Roll
