I try to avoid that paper like the plague. Since the current administration doesn't bow to the Washington Concensus, doesn't sign the FTAA, or doesn't suck up to Moronica (GWB's White House), then everything is wrong and going downhill for the paper. They're the masters of FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) lately.

Plus... what's up with you expats with Palermo and Recoleta?. Buenos Aires is a big city. There's plenty of more quiet and affordable neighbourhoods, like Almagro and Villa Crespo
